By downloading, installing, or using MindToss ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MindToss is a productivity application that allows you to quickly capture thoughts, ideas, voice memos, and photos, and send them directly to your email inbox for later processing.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate email address information
- All content you create and send using the App
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Complying with all applicable laws when using the App
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MindToss to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by MindToss and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
6. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create using MindToss. We do not claim ownership of your notes, voice memos, or photos. Your content remains private and is sent directly to your email.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
MindToss may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions:
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
MindToss is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Email delivery depends on your email provider and is outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindToss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or failed email delivery.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Termination
You may stop using MindToss at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
